- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in call center software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
