Responsibilities -

1、Strategic Whitelist Project Development

• Identify and expand strategic whitelist projects within the region, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to uncover potential opportunities and drive project implementation to achieve business growth.

2、Professional Engineering Contractor Engagement

• Develop partnerships with professional engineering contractors outside the existing system, fostering long-term collaboration.
• Evaluate contractor performance and optimize cooperation models to enhance project execution efficiency.

3、High-Level Partnership Development

• Establish and maintain "total-to-total" partnerships with large state-owned enterprises and prominent corporations in the region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to deepen cooperation.

4、High-End Client and Premium Project Development

• Focus on acquiring and maintaining high-end engineering clients to strengthen the company’s presence in the premium market.
• Drive the expansion of premium brand engineering projects, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications -

1、Professional Experience and Market Knowledge

• Proven experience in engineering project management and business negotiations, with the ability to independently manage project development and execution.
• Familiarity with the regional market landscape and business environment, capable of identifying opportunities and formulating effective strategies.

2、Communication and Client Management Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated sales techniques and client management capabilities to address customer needs and drive business growth.

3、Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify challenges, and develop actionable solutions.
• Ability to think independently, create strategic plans, and execute them effectively

4、Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese proficiently, due to the need to liaise with China HQ counterparts as well as customers
