About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and AI-fluent Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, Freelance) to support high-impact projects at AGENIX.

This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to be at the forefront of AI in marketing, combining creativity with strategic thinking and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that blend marketing concepts with AI-driven execution:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis using our proprietary AI tools

• Help refine, review, and edit AI-generated marketing intel

• Collaborate on marketing angle ideation for global clients

• Assist in prompt engineering and model testing for internal AI tools

• Provide feedback and help improve outputs from generative AI systems

• Occasionally generate marketing copy, reports, or short strategic summaries

• Be part of shaping the future of how AI is used in strategy and marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Strong marketing instincts and an eye for what makes a compelling angle, message, or strategy

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. (You don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be curious and experimental)

• Ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform strategic decisions

• Excellent written communication

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

• Reliable, proactive, and committed to working ~4 hours/day (timezone-flexible)

Rate and Setup: 13,000 PHP - 15,000 PHP; Daily flexi-hours

• This role may be expanded into a full-time role
