JOB SUMMARY

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and operational support of PSSLAI's networking infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, SDWANs, VPNs, and wireless technologies. The role ensures reliable connectivity, secure access, and optimized performance across the enterprise network.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).

· Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Checkpoint), SDWAN, and VLANs.

· Familiarity with SNMP, network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds), and VPN technologies.

· Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 3-6 years of experience in network engineering.

· Cisco/Juniper certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
