WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT STORE TEAM LEADER

We are in search of a proactive and dependable Assistant Team Leader to support the operations of our booth/store in iTech Festival in Muntinlupa. This role is ideal for candidates with retail and mobile industry experience who are ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Work Location: Muntinlupa / Alabang

• Assist the Team Leader in managing day-to-day operations during the event
• Supervise sales staff, align team efforts, and ensure smooth booth operations
• Support customer transactions, upselling, and inquiries
• Handle cashiering, sales reporting, and inventory checks
• Monitor product displays, price list updates, and stock levels
• Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and resolve on-site concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales, returns, and petty cash
• Be part of the iTech Festival team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience!

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related course (College level may also apply)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashiering (POS and manual)
• With background in inventory monitoring and reporting
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Can work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Familiar with the mobile phone or gadget retail industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
