Job Summary

This role is responsible in attracting talent for Reed Elsevier Philippines. Tasks may include leads generation, phone screening, job fair coordination, reports & data analytics and other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by the Sourcing Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Fresh graduates with Recruitment immersion from a BPO or Shared Services
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, internal and external customers.
  • Background in data analytics is preferred but not required
  • Flexible with work schedules and open to extended working hours.
  • Open to report in QC
  • Can start ASAP
