They are looking for two Broker Assistant to be based at Manila, Philippines tosupport the brokerage team in delivering high-quality service to clients and maintaining efficient, accurate processes. You will assist in managing client portfolios, ensuring that all client needs are met and that their insurance solutions align with their risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, policy adjustments, claims support, and renewals, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing insurance documentation, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
  • Support clients throughout the claims process by coordinating with claims officers, gathering necessary documentation, and providing timely updates.
  • Conduct research and assist in negotiating with insurers to secure competitive pricing and favorable policy terms.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Past working experience in the insurance brokerage field preferably in supporting retail and domestic insurance.
  • Tier 2 insurance qualifications (or willingness to attain) and working towards a Diploma in Insurance Broking is required.
  • Experience in using WinBEAT / Insight / Sunrise would be an added advantage however experience in using other Insurance Broking systems is acceptable.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
