  1. Develop and formulate new personal care products, ensuring stability, efficacy, and safety.
  2. Conduct experiments, testing, and analysis to optimize product performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Troubleshoot product issues

Requisito

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  2. Experience in formulating personal care products.
  3. Strong knowledge of surfactants, emulsifiers, and other formulation ingredients.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
