We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our clients.


As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will lead live Zoom onboarding sessions, guide clients through software setup and configuration, help with lead generation, and provide expert support to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. You will be the first point of contact for new users, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to maximize the software’s capabilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide training to new clients to ensure they effectively adopt our SaaS solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with the product.
  • Conduct live Zoom onboarding sessions with clients, providing step-by-step guidance on software setup and best practices.
  • Address client questions and concerns in real-time, ensuring clarity and confidence in using the software.
  • Assist clients with initial configuration, including user settings, workflow customization, and data migration if applicable.
  • Develop and update onboarding materials, including help guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to support clients.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring they are fully supported during the transition period and maximizing product usage.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and ensure clients’ needs are met throughout the sales and onboarding process.
  • Identify common onboarding challenges and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports on client onboarding progress and feedback.


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS products, including client onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, software training, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or legal/immigration tech.
  • Proven ability to deliver product presentations, close deals, and implement sales strategies.
  • Experience in building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Comfortable leading live training sessions via Zoom and troubleshooting client issues on the spot.
  • Ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of immigration case management processes or experience working with immigration law firms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage clients both in-person and remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome customer concerns and close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
