A. Responsible for the achievement of VDMPC.

· Volume – 100% Achievement of sell-in, sell-out, and activations target.

· Distribution – To cater to all covered retailers and to recruit new retailers.

· Merchandising – Visibility and superiority of Smart Products & Services.

· Pricing – to ensure compliance with the pass-on and suggested retail price.

· Coverage – to ensure good and consistent servicing to all covered.

B. To ensure proper management of the distribution network & availability of Smart products and services on the assigned retailers.

C. To ensure the profitability of the distributor with good service & aligned directions with the principal.

D. Timely remittance of collection and payments

· Quality servicing of retailers in assigned AOR (Area of Responsibility)

· Implements projects, sales programs, and blitzes that would increase sales performance

· To regularly update retailer database and area mapping.

· Recruitment & retention of retailers.

• At least 2 years of experience
• Preferably who resides in Pampanga
• Good communication skills
• Has an ability to persuade and sell to customers
• Owns a motorcycle
