● Manage Lazada and Shopee storefronts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

● Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to inform business strategy.

● Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

● Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

● Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.

● Oversee customer service operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

● Collaborate with finance team to manage profitability and expenses related to Lazada and Shopee storefronts.

1. College graduates in any related field, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

2. Prior experience in E-Commerce Platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok is an advantage

3. Experience in using Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs

4. Must have good organizational skills

5. Must be detailed oriented and knows how to work with and analyze data

6. Can encode data with speed and accuracy

7. Able to work well in a fast paced setting
