Descrição:

Collaborate with Executive Chef with creation, update, and maintain menus for all F&B outlets, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquet events, breakfast buffet, and internal hotel events.
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage F&B staff, ensuring excellent service standards and adherence to protocols.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management, waste reduction, and pricing strategies.
Plan, organize, and execute banquet events and internal hotel events, including weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas, including kitchen and dining spaces.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to F&B revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Other related task as may be assigned by the management.

Requisito

With a strong background in hotel operations, including both restaurant management and banquet event coordination.
