  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
  • Handle reservations and manage guest inquiries.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality management or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in a hotel lobby, requires standing for extended periods, and working various shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
