  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee benefit programs and compensation queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR management.
  • Manage recruitment processes, foster employee relations, and administer compensation and benefits.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in talent acquisition, social recruitment, payroll management, and employee coaching.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR.
