Descrição:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Support the team in various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Mise-En-Place, customer-oriented, strong attention to detail, skilled in stewarding, and knowledgeable in kitchen hygiene practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist chefs with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring standing for long periods and handling hot equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
