  • We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to drive condo sales and leasing inquiries and turn them into closed deals.
  • If you’re persuasive, target-driven, and know how to push leads to action, this role is for you.
  • Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline strategies
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled viewings—no missed opportunities
  • Follow up relentlessly to close deals faster
  • Persuade and influence potential buyers and renters to take action now
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize lead conversion
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve aggressive targets

Requisito

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or real estate marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Digital marketing and social media knowledge
  • A results-driven, go-getter attitude
