THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner is a leading operator of residential communities across Australia, with over
50+ communities spanning Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia. Their business model focuses on affordable housing solutions, including land lease communities and retirement villages, providing high-quality homes and exceptional lifestyle opportunities.
They are currently looking for a
Residential Marketing Coordinator to support our residential sales, with a focus on pre-loved homes. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts—executing campaigns, managing property listings, and working closely with sales teams to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns for pre-loved home sales, create/update marketing materials.
- Support email and social media campaigns, and coordinate visual assets like photography and virtual tours.
- Property Listings & CRM Management: Manage property listings on websites, ensure accuracy and appeal, update CRM records, and assist with lead distribution to sales teams.
- Sales & Marketing Administration: Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead tracking, coordinate marketing materials logistics, and support open days/events with promotional materials.
- KPIs & Success Measures: Ensure timely and accurate property listing management, improved digital engagement, quality marketing materials, efficient campaign coordination, and positive sales team feedback.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 4 years in marketing, ideally in real estate, property development, or a related sector.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns and managing digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to support marketing operations.
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, CRM systems, and email marketing
