About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative eLearning Content Specialist to help transform our AI courses into an engaging, interactive eLearning experience on an LMS platform.

The Role

As an eLearning Content Specialist, you will be responsible for structuring, formatting, and optimizing our AI course content for an LMS platform. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, structure, and format AI course content for eLearning platforms.
• Upload and manage course materials (videos, quizzes, interactive elements) on an LMS.
• Optimize course flow for learner engagement and comprehension.
• Work with designers and developers to enhance course interactivity (e.g., gamification, multimedia).
• Troubleshoot and test course functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional design principles.

Requirements

• Experience with articulate 360, in particulate storyline and rise
• Experience working with LMS platforms ideally in Open LMS
• Experience with an LMS, ideally Moodle based
• Preference for AI Content experience
• Strong understanding of eLearning content creation and instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with AI-related topics is a plus but not required.
• Ability to create and format multimedia content (e.g., videos, quizzes, SCORM packages).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
