Descrição:
- Oversee site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Report progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD and SketchUp; strong site management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork at construction sites; possible exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
