Descrição:
- Assist customers in product selection and provide excellent service.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the sales floor is organized.
- Promote sales and upsell products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, inventory management, merchandising, and teamwork.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; ability to stand for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
