Conduct Regular Safety Inspections

• Monitor work activities to identify unsafe conditions or practices.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Check safety devices, fire protection systems, and emergency exits.

Implement and Monitor OSH Programs

• Assist in developing and executing the company’s OSH policies.
• Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.

Conduct Risk Assessments

• Identify hazards and evaluate associated risks.
• Recommend control measures to mitigate risks.

Facilitate OSH Trainings and Orientations

• Provide safety orientations to new employees.
• Conduct toolbox talks and OSH awareness sessions.

Participate in Incident Investigation

• Assist in investigating workplace accidents, injuries, and near misses.
• Help prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain OSH Records and Reports

• Keep updated documentation such as inspection logs, safety checklists, and accident reports.
• Submit required reports to DOLE or management.

Training Requirement:

• Must have Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training

Experience Requirement:

• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in occupational safety and health.
