About the role



We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Buela Physiotherapy Physical Therapy Clinic in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating visually engaging content, and managing our online presence to drive brand awareness and client engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase our online following and engagement
• Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials
• Manage and monitor our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyse social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and content, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimise our content and strategies
• Develop visually appealing and engaging multimedia content with compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany content.
• Create graphic content across all platforms.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content
• Excellent visual and creative skills, with the ability to produce eye-catching, on-brand content
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media analytics and using data to inform strategies
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience in running successful social media campaigns
