ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting team.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct internal audits and implement necessary controls.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft NAV.
• Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food Industry / Retail is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
