Açıklama

  • Will be responsible in managing the assents of SMCSL Group.
  • Will review and monitor Application for Authority for Capital Expenditures (AACE) of the Group.
  • Will be responsible in reclassification of Capital Projects in Progress (CPIP) to the proper asset accounts in SMCSL Group's books.
  • Will monitor asset tagging for existing and new properties of SMCSL Group.
  • Will be responsible for periodic count of properties of SMCSL Group.
  • Will provide necessary reports related to SMCSL Group's assets.


Gereklilik

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in review and monitoring, periodic asset counting, reporting accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, financial expertise, and data analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct asset counts, analyze data, prepare reports, monitor financial performance, and ensure accuracy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker, and effective communicator.
