Job summary:

The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks and fruit shake recipes as required by the recipe procedure of the company. This person will also be in charge of facing customers in a quick service type of cafe. ( to-go set up) and will also be the one to either open store operations or close store operations by following the non negotiable store opening and closing processes of get greens.

Non negotiable skills/competencies:

• proper operation and cleaning of espresso machine, coffee grinder and execution of coffee latte art.
• proper operation and cleaning of commercial blenders for fruit shakes.
• front of the house personality/customer oriented disposition for in-store
• customers and third party delivery riders.
• basic operation of store implemented POS
• execution of opening and closing store process
• must live near current site (maginhawa QC)
• performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
• updated resume, barangay clearance and medical examination for
• employment.

Ideal Schedule:

• AM shift opens half an hour before operational hours
• PM shift closes half an hour later closing time
• 5 day per week (open to shifting schedules)
• open to store pop-ups and mall set-up

Ideal Qualifications:

• College graduate of any 4 year course.
• Skilled with latte art and specialty coffee preparation
• Familiar with commercial espresso machines and grinders
• Highly customer service oriented
• Less than an hour of commute from the actual work location
