• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, correct glassware, and garnishes.
• Stay informed about the characteristics and descriptions of wines, champagnes by the glass, and key selections on the wine list.
• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
• Ensure drinkware and beverage equipment are clean, organized, and readily available for service.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests through exceptional service.
• Address guest inquiries about different beverages and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Suggest ideal alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings to complement menu items.
• Regularly review and update menus and wine lists to reflect seasonal offerings and trends.
