We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team! You will get the chance to directly report to and be mentored by the founders and directors of Friheim. You will play a crucial role in managing the entire sales cycle—both online and offline—with a strong emphasis on:


  • Acquiring, onboarding, and retaining distributors and retailers;
  • Fulfilling bulk orders for distributors and retailers; and
  • Providing after-sales support and customer care.


Additionally, you will be expected to be onsite at major and minor events such as trade shows, pet expos, and weekend pop-ups to represent the brand and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities


? Retailer & Distributor Acquisition and Sales Support

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Coordinate and fulfill bulk orders efficiently
  • Assist in sales transactions, order processing, and customer follow-ups
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports


? Customer Care & After-Sales Support

  • Ensure a seamless experience for retailers, distributors, and direct customers post-purchase
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services


? Marketing & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, both digital and on-ground
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, pet expos, and weekend pop-ups
  • Engage with potential retailers, distributors, and customers, distribute promotional materials, and capture leads
  • Set up booths and ensure brand visibility at events


? General Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications


  • Proactive problem-solver – Takes initiative and presents solutions instead of adding to workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable with both online and offline sales operations
  • Willing to be onsite for events, even on weekends if necessary
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
