• Will be focusing Employee / Labor Relations (Grievance Handling, Collective Bargaining)
• Focuses on maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees, particularly when employees are represented by unions or labor organizations
• Manage all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

THIS IS FOR MANAGERIAL POSITION

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is generally the minimum requirement
• Several years of experience in HR from Construction company, ideally with some leadership experience
