Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for CEOs and senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and execution of financial operations.
Provide situational awareness and strategic prioritization, responding to business needs with immediacy and precision.
Manage a mix of static and dynamic tasks, adapting to evolving priorities throughout the day.
Offer general operational and managerial support, driving efficiency across various functions.
Contribute ideas, solutions, and forward-thinking strategies to support client’s growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial operations and executive-level interactions.
Excellent communicator who can represent the company professionally with high-profile stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and provide strategic solutions.
Adaptable and quick-thinking, with the ability to shift priorities based on deal flow and business demands.
Must be willing to work US business hours (willing to adjust schedules as needed).
