Your Mission

• Organize and manage customer and employee training classes.
• Prepare presentation for sessions at lectures, training programs and fairs.
• Prepare complementary support training information and provide quick tips, workbook.
• Administer application and provide technical expertise
• Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports, training materials and documentations for end users.
• Assist customer and provide operational and end user support.
• Assist head of department and prepare project progress.
• Assist with system check and quality assurance.
• Work with aid end users and provide support to infrastructure facilities and ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and on-going support measures.

Success Criteria

Education and/or Experience:

• Candidate must possess a degree in any medical science course, Nursing or Radiologic Technology
• Has an experience in ultrasound machine operation
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with no experience in Medical Equipment are also welcome to apply.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Critical competencies include: analytical decision-making; attention to detail; teamwork; work in fast paced environment; initiative
• Possesses exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interaction with all staff levels and customers
• Customer service oriented
• Must be open to be dispatched to Visayas and/or Mindanao for short period of time
