• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction
• Experience in independently managing tasks end-to-end
• Self-starter with a start-up mindset
• Excellent and Strong conversational English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Saas
• Customer Success Experience in handling SaaS systems
• Experience in selling SaaS systems and customer management
