· Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
· Prepare bank deposits
· Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
· Prepare and submit regular financial reports and statements
· Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closings
· Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales team.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards and regulations
· At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
· Excellent attention to detail
· High level of accuracy and efficiency
· Good problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Graduate of Accountancy or related field is a must
· Strong Personality
