  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product usage and troubleshooting.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduates or Students welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, teamwork, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
