Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is required.
Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy, key account management, organizational and administrative skills, problem-solving, multitasking, people management, and strong communication.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee sales teams, develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure targets are met.
Assisting in recruitment, interviewing, hiring recommendation and training of store people (in-store).
Ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and controls are followed.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings and team oversight.
