  • Supervising, managing, and evaluating the performance of employees within the store.
  • Implementing and monitoring operational procedures.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

职位要求

  • Proven experience as Operations Supervisor/Area Supervisor in Retail Industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to be assigned in Zamboanga City
  • Willing to handle Zamboanga and CDO areas
  • Willing to do scheduled store visits
