职位描述

  1. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or instructions to assemble products or parts.
  2. Position, align, and fasten parts using hand tools, power tools, or machines.
  3. Inspect and test completed products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
  4. Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  5. Identify and report faulty or damaged components.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  8. Follow company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  9. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to improve processes.

职位要求

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require technical training).
  2. Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  4. Basic math and measurement skills.
  5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  6. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
