  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Support project management in implementing changes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Monitor project progress and outcomes.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Financial consultation, problem-solving, strong communication, banking knowledge, RDBMS, NoSQL, GraphDB, process modeling, TOGAF, ECBA.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential remote work, collaborative teams.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, excellent communicator.
