Dreambuilders Pro Inc. (DPI) is one of the newest members of FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI)

With the growing requirements of FLI in the development of properties and with the direction to create and deliver more cost competitive products, the idea was brought to reality in January 2017 when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines granted Certificate of Incorporation to DREAMBUILDERS PRO, INC. (DPI) as a full-cycle construction implementor arm of FLI.

Though considered a very young company in the construction industry, DPI is being led by a very dynamic and well-seasoned top Management Professionals in the field of Engineering and Construction with a combined construction experience of more than 50 years.

Job Description

Make, update, and change AutoCAD drawings, including site plans and construction details based on the project needs.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to make sure designs meet all requirements and standards.
Maintain accurate records of all drawings and changes made during the project.
Assist in creating as-built drawings that show the final construction work and any changes made on-site.
Ensure all drawings are correct, complete, and properly labeled.
Assist with site layout and surveying data for the project.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure they understand the drawings and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator in construction or architecture is preferred.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD (latest version) and other CAD software; knowledge of BIM is a bonus.
Knowledge: Understand construction drawings, building codes, and materials. Able to convert field data into accurate CAD drawings.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all drafting tasks.
Communication: Good at talking and writing to work well with the project team and contractors.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design discrepancies and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 2D and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and construction specifications.
Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction site operations.
Willong to be assigned in Grafik Hotel Project, Camp John Hay, Baguio City, Mt. Province.
