Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
Maintain and update precise records of member requests and activities.
Address member complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to meet members' needs efficiently.
Foster strong relationships with members, recognizing returning visitors and anticipating their needs.

Fresh Graduates in any course/SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.
Computer literate and can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.
Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
