  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide product and service information, resolving complaints effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
