  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related
  • With good scholastic records


Experience

  • With related experience in the Banking or Financial industry
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the same capacity

  • Proficient in various MS office Programs
  • Knowledgeable in use of various Billing systems such as CSP/Kenan, Corp Bill Summary, Ageing Report, One Bill, EDIMS, TRACE, etc.

  • Numerical Proficiency and Problem Solving Skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Customer Service/Relation Skills
  • Complaints Resolution/Decision Making Skills
