Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4 years ago (and growing to 170+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 200+ employees by April of this year.

We are seeking mid-senior Copywriter to craft engaging copy for product packaging, and collateral.

VERY FAST growing program, our client is a leading Australian and New Zealand retailer and supplier of quality electronics, outdoor, and marine products, with over 150 stores in both Australia and New Zealand, and 3000 onshore employees.

What You'll Do:

• Craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate product copy tailored to the audience — from electronics hobbyists and engineers to boating and camping enthusiasts.
• Manage product specifications, features, and metadata in our content management and product information systems.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product data across websites and internal systems.
• Collaborate with category managers, buyers, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure brand alignment.
• Conduct regular content audits and quality checks to maintain product data integrity.
• Support content updates for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across both brands.

What We're Seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree English Literature or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in copywriting, content coordination, or technical writing within an English speaking market — ideally within retail, consumer electronics, or outdoor/marine industries
• Strong Excel skills preferred but not essential
