职位描述

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the creative team.
  • Assign projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals.
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Implement efficient workflows and improve creative processes.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Background in video production, animation, or photography.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
