Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the Credit Department in processing credit applications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with credit-related inquiries.
  • Ensures compliance with the company, gaming and statutory regulations and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Receives and processes casino credit applications and maintains patron files.
  • Verify information on applications, such as financial information and identification.
  • Ensures the completeness of all credit application forms.
  • Directly contacting either by phone or email other casinos and credit casino agencies to obtain and document all the gathered credit and gaming information.
  • Ensures that the highest standards of credit due diligence are conducted.
  • Checks credit applications within established guidelines and ensure compliance with gaming and statutory regulations, including MTPP-AMLA.
  • Monitors and maintains accounts for credit review.
  • Prepares, maintains, and provides credit reports to management.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to patrons regarding credit-related inquiries.
  • Explain credit policies and procedures to credit patrons as needed.
  • Address and resolve patron concerns and or escalate issues to immediate superior when required.
  • Actively participates and communicates in the team-based work groups that make up the Credit Department.
  • Answer credit queries from other casinos or credit agencies either by call or email.
  • Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Credit, accounting, or a similar administrative role, preferably in the bank, casino, or hospitality industry.
  • Education: Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Skills / Competencies: Proficiency in the English and Tagalog languages.
  • Capable of navigating email and is computer literate. Able to create spreadsheets and utilize basic formulas.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
