Main role is to oversee the Credit Maintenance Department which is the team in charge of processing of credit card-related requests such as increase in credit limit, credit card conversion, account review and balance transfer.

In managing the team, he/she will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers according to the service levels (Turnaround Time, Productivity and Quality).

Aside from this, he/she will conduct credit underwriting and approve requests according to her approval authority, and also perform escalations to Senior Management for accounts with high exposure.
