- As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in:
- Addressing complaints, processing returns, and handling other customer concerns.
- Assisting customers with technical problems related to products or services.
- Keeping track of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Identifying opportunities to suggest additional products or services to customers.
- Establishing rapport with customers and building positive customer relationships.
职位要求
- At least High School Graduate or SHS Graduate
- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Experience on the phone, email, and live chat support
- Google Suite knowledge preferred
