  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require weekend or evening shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
