Job Title: Data Engineer – Azure Databricks

Are you passionate about building scalable data solutions in the cloud? We're looking for a skilled Data Engineer with solid experience in Azure Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark) to design and implement robust ETL pipelines and Delta Lake architectures.

? What You’ll Do:

• Build scalable ETL pipelines using PySpark on Databricks
• Develop transformation logic in Python and SQL with a focus on performance & modularity
• Architect Delta Lake layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with full data lineage and auditability
• Integrate data from object storage, SQL/NoSQL databases, and REST APIs
• Implement data security best practices: Unity Catalog, table ACLs, encryption, credential passthrough
• Orchestrate workflows with Databricks Workflows, Azure Data Factory, or Apache Airflow

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
• Strong proficiency in Python & SQL
• Expertise in Delta Lake and data lakehouse architecture
• Experience with data integration across structured/unstructured sources
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, security frameworks, and Unity Catalog
• Workflow automation experience with ADF, Airflow, or Databricks Workflows

? Bonus Points:

• Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines
• Exposure to MLflow and Databricks notebooks
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes in a data environment
