Key Responsibilities:


A. Facilities and Building Administration

  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of office and plant facilities.
  • Manage vendor contracts for janitorial, security, and maintenance services.
  • Monitor utilities usage and implement cost-saving initiatives in facility operations.
  • Ensure workplace compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.


B. Procurement and Inventory Management

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to delivery and inspection.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, consumables, and critical inventory levels.


C. Travel and Logistics Coordination

  • Arrange transportation and accommodation for employees on official travel, both local and international.
  • Process reimbursements and travel advances in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with finance for cost control and budget monitoring of travel-related expenses.


D. Importation and Brokerage Support

  • Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for the efficient release and transport of imported items.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation for importation (BOC, PEZA, LTO, etc.).
  • Monitor inbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.

职位要求

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities, admin operations, procurement, or logistics—preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
  • Certifications: Training in Procurement, Occupational Safety, or Import/Export procedures is an advantage.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of procurement systems and vendor management
  • Familiarity with customs documentation and brokerage coordination
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
