·        Update and matching of credit card collections

·        Update of bank statement gsheet

·        Coordination of credit card differences with the bank

·        Maintenance of cash receipts and cash disbursement books

b.      Weekly Activities

·        Coordination of credit card differences with the bank

·        Weekly posting of credit card transactions

·        Bank Reconciliation for local banks

c.       Month End Activities

·        Credit Card posting cutoff based on month end closing

·        Submission of credit card sales breakdown per bank per mode of payment

·        Confirmation of credit card balance per bank

·        Update of passbook per bank

·        Balance Sheet account reconciliation of the credit card account

·        Perform review of accounts based on assigned income statement account

d.      Branch Support

·        Perform payment verification (Bank Transfer, Check Payments and Ipay88)

·        Perform sales cancellation (Wrong release, DOA, etc.)

• Knowledgeable in MS Office especially MS Excel and Word
• Demonstrate good written communication skills
